The breakfast included artisan coffee and fresh pastries.

The bathroom in our Standard Double Room had visible signs of wear and tear, disappointing. Finding parking was difficult, as there were no spaces available when we arrived, necessitating an inconvenient street parking situation. Although staff were attentive, the overall cleanliness and condition of our room left something to be desired.

Fairly clean venue with very good breakfasts and city views. Marvellous and handy location really close to restaurant, the Florence main tourist attraction and is close to the Duomo, BRILLIANT food. The hotel of choice in Florence.

The bathroom cleanliness left something to be desired, with visible black stains on the shower screen. No warmth in the breakfast, only cold cuts and no hot options like eggs or bacon, which proved disappointing. During the stay, their on-site restaurant and bar were completely closed, limiting dining options and forcing guests to rely on delivery services for meals.

Good connection with the city center by tram. Free parking. Spacey rooms with balcony. Supermarkets nearby. Helpfull staff.

The restaurant here was great with sea food, we both ordered freshly cooked dishes. The bathroom was clean and it had a shower, hair dryers and a bidet for our convenience.

The breakfast selection was good, particularly the artisanal pastries and excellent cappuccino that started my mornings off right.

While overall clean, the common areas could benefit from a bit more attention to keep them free of mosquitos.
